PAYMENT POLICY
At our practice, we strive to make your experience as convenient as possible. For your convenience, we accept the following forms of payment:
- Cash
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover)
- CareCredit
Please note that we do not accept checks. If you have any questions regarding our payment options, feel free to contact us.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy to our clients and providers, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellation. Clients canceling the same day, or missing their scheduled appointment, will be charged a $50 fee, placed on a CFR gift card, before booking future appointments.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
In order to remain on schedule for all of our clients, any client arriving more than 15 minutes late must reschedule.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for store credit within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that exchanges or returns are not accepted for prescription-strength products, including Latisse, Tretinoins, ( plated ) Exosomes, and all Hydroquinone products.
COMPLIMENTARY AESTHETICS CONSULTATIONS
We offer complimentary consultations for new and existing clients to discuss and explore services offered by our CFR providers. Clients are asked to follow our above mentioned policies. Our Customer Service Specialist may advise the client to arrive make-up free. This will allow our providers to take images of your skin using our VISIA skin analysis.
CONSULTATIONS with our MEDICAL DIRECTOR
We offer surgical cosmetic consultations for both new and existing clients with Dr. Rex Yannis, MD each Friday. In order to schedule an appointment, we will collect a $75 fee to be placed on a CFR gift card. This gift card is redeemable towards a scheduled surgery or any products and services offered at CFR. Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment will forfeit the gift card on file.
